I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Board Approved Massage Instructor and member of The National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am also recognized as a Government Certified Teacher and Practitioner of Thai Massage with my Thai massage training completed at "The Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai" in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2013. I also continue my training with Thai Yoga Massage training with Thai master, Eric Spivack of Soaring Crane Thai Massage & Acupuncture in Seattle, WA.
As part of my continued training, I must give my instructor a Thai massage and this is his evaluation of my work.
"The quality of Selina’s touch is excellent. It’s firm, yet caring. She effectively contoured her hands and feet to my body to ensure a perfect fit and the pacing for the session is ideal. Slow enough for grounding my Vata yet varied to help stimulate and move the stagnant energy. The variety of poses is excellent and she did a great job at listening to my body and breath, especially with stretches. Over all, I felt balanced and grounded and I was very impressed with her session."
